Wedding Favors – Should You Make Your Own?

Of course, you want the perfect wedding, right down to the last tiny detail.  And one of those little details you’ll have to decide on is wedding favors.  You may even consider making your own favors.  But is this the right choice for you?  Here are some questions to help you make up your mind.

Are you super-crafty?

If you have a passion for making stuff and the sales people at the local craft store know you by your first name, it might be right for you.  But keep in mind that making 100 or more wedding favors is not as fun as it sounds.  Doing the same thing over and over again makes it more like assembly work than crafting.  By the time you’re gluing the ribbon on the 38th wedding favor, you might wish you didn’t have 62 more to go.

Do you have time?
