Plan the Perfect Summer Wedding
The perfect summer wedding is what dreams are made of. The temperature is rising, the long summer nights bring a smile to everyone’s faces, the grass in green, sky blue, and the flowers are in full bloom. What could be a better setting for your wedding day?
So what does a perfect Summer Wedding include? If you are lucky enough with your climate you could plan your whole wedding, ceremony and reception, to be outside in the fresh summer breeze. Your ceremony could be held in the grounds of your venue amongst the blossoming flowers and greenery. Even if you prefer to hold your wedding inside, here a few ways you can bring the summer indoors:
Summer Wedding Colours:
When it comes to Summer Colours, think bright, vibrant colours. Vibrant, bold colours are a top trend for weddings this year. Shades of oranges, corals, and hot pinks complimented by cool greens create a stunning, contemporary impact.
Summer Bouquets:
By taking inspiration from the seasonal countryside around you for your wedding flowers, you can really tie together a sensational wedding day theme. Although many flowers are imported and available all year through, you may want to consider these wonderful flower choices listed here: Calla Lily, Sweet Peas, Honeysuckle and Cornflower. A stunning summer bouquet can be made with Peonies. Peonies are the perfect choice for a romantic summer wedding. Peonies are available in a wide range of gorgeous colours and are so versatile that you can use them throughout your wedding.
Summer Menu:
The perfect summer menu is a menu beautifully fresh and in season. Keep your course lighter, think of the delicious array of fruit and vegetables in season, tomatoes, asparagus, berries and melon. Instead of red meat, choose a main course of chicken or seafood. A sorbet in between courses is perfect for keeping your guests refreshed throughout the wedding breakfast.
Summer Wedding Favours:
When it comes to summer wedding favours, you are spoilt for choice. The first wedding favours that comes to mind are hand fans, white silk fans, cherry blossom fans or even beautifully scented sandalwood fans. These will keep your guests cool and a are a beautiful keepsake to take home. Another wonderful choice for summer favours are eco-friendly plantable favours. Choose from personalised seed packs, heart shaped plantable paper or even butterfly design seeded place cards. Whatever beautiful wedding favours you choose, your guests are sure to remember your magnificent summer wedding.

Useful Tips to Plan Your Dream Wedding Within Budget
Most of us dream of the perfect wedding day. Of course, not all of us achieve it. Some of us experience wedding day problems and even bloopers that either change the nuptial plans slightly or hugely. Of course, that is not enough reason for you not to plan your wedding according to your dreams.
Here are some useful tips to consider when planning your dream wedding day. The best thing about these tips is that your budget is well considered.
Tip 1 – Start with a budget.
However idealistic you are about your wedding plans, you would have to admit that one of the strongest foundations of a dream wedding day is budget. When we say budget, we do not mean having a small amount of dispensable money but having a price range for your planned wedding expenses.
Talk to your groom-to-be about the acceptable amount of money you want to spend for your most important day as a couple. List down and itemize possible expenses, if you have to. Consider not just your couple savings but also other sources such as both your parents’ commitments to chip in for the said wedding expenses.
Tip 2 – Conceptualize the kind of wedding you both want.
You can never control your budget if you do not agree on the kind of wedding you want. Be sure to sit down with your fiancé and talk about the details of your desired nuptial day. Develop a wedding day vision and tackle details such as ideal venue, number of guests, reception venue and food, giveaways and mementos and even honeymoon. By agreeing on similar concepts, you can easily hatch a detailed plan for your special day and agree on the expenses you both think are affordable and practical at the same time.
Tip 3 – Shop around.
If you love shopping, then you would surely get your heart’s desire when planning and preparing for weddings. You would need to shop for a bridal dress, for bridesmaids attires, for giveaways and gifts, for flowers and bouquets and also look around for the perfect ceremony and reception venues.
Be sure to widen your search and never commit before you are a 100% decided on something. You can also attend at least one bridal show not just to harvest great ideas and inspiration but also to collect contacts and networks for your nuptial day needs. A bridal show can be your easy solution to all your wedding day needs so be sure to attend at least one way long before the special date. Be sure to have your wedding directory ready for contacts to help out on your momentous day.
Tip 4 – Know which items you can get for free or for discounted prices.
Weddings do not always have to dent your finances. There are even those who manage great memorable weddings even for the most modest budgets. The key is to also be resourceful especially in accomplishing your wedding help list. Friends and family members would surely want to chip in – in the form of money, help, products and labor. For instance, some friends might want to create the invitations or even giveaways so you immediately save money on those.

Arranging your Wedding Reception Seating Plan
One of the most difficult tasks when planning for your wedding reception is deciding who will be seated at the top table as well as where to place the rest of the guests throughout the room. There are a few basic things to keep in mind when setting up your wedding reception seating plan to make sure everyone has a good time and no one is offended by their placement.
The best seats in the house.
The best place to start your wedding reception seating plan is with who will be seated with you at the top table. Usually the bride and groom as well as the wedding party are seated here. Who else, if anyone, you place at this table will depend on one main factor – how many people are in your wedding party? If you have multiple bridesmaids and groomsmen, there may be no further room at the top table for anyone else. If there is space at the table, the next people in line for a seat are the parents of the bride and the groom. Place them at the top table only if there is space for both sets of parents! Most weddings won’t allow for more than this at the top table, and if you try to add more you increase the risk that someone will be offended at being left out.
Divide by relationship.
When choosing how to divide up the rest of the guests, start by making lists based on their relationship to you. Family will go on one list, friends on another, colleagues on a third. These lists can be further divided by whether they are related to the bride or the groom. Once you have these lists prepared, you will find your wedding reception seating plan starts to come together. These divisions will ensure that everyone is seated at a table where they know the others, and will have something to talk about!
Keep kids in mind.
If you have small children attending your wedding, consider seating them all in the same area when making your wedding reception seating plan. It’s a good idea to seat small children a little further from the top table if you can. They are often restless and this allows parents to sneak out with them to care for their needs without disrupting the proceedings. The exception to this would be children who are a part of the immediate family such as nieces and nephews. They should still be seated with the rest of the close family near the top table.
Pulling rank.
Once you have decided who will be seated at the top table, you need to determine the rest of the wedding reception seating plan. Immediate family should always be seated in the tables closest to the front of the room. These are the people who are closest to you and thus should be given seats of honour. Best friends may also deserve a table of their own near the top table. Once the front tables are determined, the rest of the wedding reception seating plan should fall into place.

How to organize and plan your wedding
Wedding planning is most challenging, especially for the people who have little or no experience in planning a wedding. Before you plan the seating arrangements, programs and favors, you need to go through a lot of other things included in the wedding planning.
For those of you who have no prior experience in planning, and have no idea where to start; here are some things which can get you started:
* Budget: This is the most important step you need to take before you start your wedding planning. Make sure you set out a budget before you start choosing the other details of your wedding. You need to know the maximum amount you can spend in the whole affair.
* Date: Decide the date you want to get married on. Firstly choose a month which will give you enough time for wedding planning. When the dates are decided, let your guests know about it so that they can plan their dates and arrange appropriate transportation to attend if they live out of town. Make sure you choose a date which does not come in the busy time of the year.
* Location: When you are done deciding a date, the next step is to decide the venue of the wedding. Do the booking of the marriage halls the instance you choose it. This will give you a chance to book the place in advance and register if needed.
* Theme: To give your wedding a mood you will need to pick a color scheme or even a theme. This sets the tone for your wedding and allows you to decide on the decoration of the venue.
* Wardrobe: Depending on the theme and the color scheme of your wedding, you will have to choose a dress for the bride as well as the groom. Remember that after the wedding you will need to attend the wedding party and might have to change. Choose a dress which you will be able to wear in the wedding party as well as the wedding with few additions and also comfortably carry it.
* Invitations: This needs to be done as soon as you decide the venue, date and the time of your wedding. Send out the invites when you roughly calculate the number of people you want in your wedding. While making the list of the invites, keep in mind your budget.
* Extras: apart from the main things included in the wedding planning, you need to choose the type of music, the food, your vows and think on the little details like flower girl’s basket, flowers, etc.

Selecting the right theme:
Selecting the right wedding theme makes it easier to plan your winter wedding.
After selecting the right theme, it is very easy to choose the colors and organizing everything from your attire to the decorations.
The most popular examples of winter wedding themes include: Christmas, winter wonderland and snowflakes.
• For Christmas themed wedding, select red and green colors.
• For winter wonderland theme, you can go for frosty shades of silver and white or you can also select deep jewel tones like ruby, sapphire or emerald.
• For a snowflake wedding theme, select plenty of crystal snowflakes.
Selecting the winter wedding outfit:
You can wear a stunning white fur stole or cape in your winter wedding. You can also try for a frosty white cashmere cape decorated above your shoulders. To imitate the radiant look of snow, wear a silver or platinum jewelry and decorate your hair with a beautiful tiara.
Wear a diamond pendant shaped similar to a snowflake for a right and dazzling accent to your wedding gown. You can wear any style depending on how your gown looks. Always, pure white is a wonderful color for your bridal gown, particularly during the winter months.
Winter wedding location:
You will find various places where you can celebrate your winter wedding. A very traditional choice for winter wedding is “church”. A banquet hall, country inn, or even your family member’s house or your friend’s house can also look nice. If you want a magical and romantic experience, celebrate the occasion in a horse drawn carriage.
Winter wedding decorations:
The wedding decorations you are going to choose must complement with your theme and color scheme. If you want to decorate with balloons, then place bunches of green and red balloons or silver and blue ones.
If your wedding is in a church, then decorate with a fabric along the pews. Try fabrics of two different types, they must be in contrast or coordinating shades, for instance, red and green, silver and navy or all white.
If you are searching for a beautiful centerpiece, you can keep beautiful snow globes, small evergreen trees, or candles surrounding with floral wreaths.
Winter wedding favors:
Planning for wedding favors is a great way to convey thanks to the guests and presenting them a memorable memento of your ceremony. For example, wrap the candles in a bundle of colorful tulle tied with a satin ribbon or a disposable camera to capture their own photos.
Pockets of tea, cocoa or cider are always a great idea for winter wedding favors.
Winter wedding invitations:
Indoors are great places for winter weddings, so formal invitations are good. When you choose the invitations, make sure that they match with the color scheme. Ensure that the wordings in the invitation are correct and clear details are given regarding the venue, time and dress code.
The more you are able to plan your winter wedding punctually and efficiently, the easier everything will be. You must be specific regarding everything so that everything will be perfect.

How to Plan a Low Budget Wedding
Whether it be due to the economy or just the fact that you do not want to overspend, if you are planning a wedding on a budget then you are sure to want to be able to achieve the wedding you hope for without breaking that budget.
The good news is you can do it. You can plan a low budget wedding that is beautiful and memorable, but yet not so costly. You might be wondering How? Therefore the following are a few ways to keep your wedding budget low:
1. Prioritize. Setting your expectations from the beginning and prioritizing your wishes will help you to keep your wedding budget low, yet still have the wedding you were hoping to have. If wedding portraits are top priority set aside the highest percentage of your budget for that purpose. If you do not mind less flowers or no reception then you could cut those budget areas to help give more budget for your higher priorities.
2. Shop Around. Shopping around and finding bargains is another way to save on your wedding budget. Many times you will spend more if you buy the first dress you see rather than shopping around to find the best dress for the amount of money you want to spend. Price several caterers before sticking with one. You will be surprised at the variations in price you will find if you take the time to find out costs from several places. You can do this for flowers, photographers, caterers, locations and more.
3. Lower your guest list. It is inevitable the more people you have at the wedding and / or reception the more costly the wedding will be. If you can weed down your guest list to your closest friends and family you can drop your costs significantly, saving money on both food and the location. Obviously the bigger the wedding party and guest list the bigger the location must be to accommodate, not to mention that you will have to have enough food to feed everyone at the reception.
4. Skip the full bar. Sure, it may seem nice to be able to offer drinks of their choosing to your guests it may not be the best for your budget. Limiting your guests to beer, wine, or a special selection of drinks can help you save in this area of your budget.
5. Serve cocktails and hors dhoeuvres rather than a full meal. Food costs money and therefore if your lessen the amount of food you are serving you will significantly lessen your budget as well. You will need to keep this in mind when setting the time of your wedding as it is proper and customary to serve a full meal at certain times of day, while other times are known to be times when hors dhoeuvres are just as acceptable.
6. Do it yourself. There are many areas of your wedding where creating your own do it yourself projects can save you money. Invitations for instance, there are amazing at home options that you can now print from your personal computer saving you a ton of money. Doing it yourself is a great way to save on decorations as well. You can arrange your own flowers, create your own centerpieces or even make your own favors and gifts.
These are some great ways to keep your wedding budget low and by doing so you do not have to sacrifice what is important to you. Remember the first step, prioritizing and then consider the others if you still need to cut your budget. Pick and choose the areas of your wedding that you are willing to sacrifice. Remember you will not be able to have it all, but you will be able to have what is most important to you and still keep your costs low.

Tips To Plan For Wedding Favors
The most common mistake made when shopping for wedding favors is not allowing yourself enough time. This makes sense because you have so many details to deal with. In this article we will look at 6 shopping tips to help you buy your wedding favors and do it with plenty of time to spare.
1. First of all do not try and do everything in one day. If you are working off a to do list you are trying to cross things off as you get them done. On you list break shopping for wedding favors into several different things and not as one. It is not reasonable to feel you can do it all at once.
2. Do not wait until the last minute. You can not slow down if you are pressed for time. By allowing yourself more time to shop you can save yourself both time and money.
3. Establish a budget up front and stick to it as much as possible. When you budget for wedding expenses such as locatin, entertainment, and food, be sure and include wedding favors.
This is not an incidental item and you do not want to be surprised by what you spend. Determine the number of guests you will be inviting and then budget per person to cover this cost.
4. Allow time for personalizing your wedding favors. If you are going to personalize your wedding favors in any way you have to give the company doing it time to get the order in, do your work, and then ship it to you. You can save extra rush order costs by giving everyone plenty of time to do it correctly without being in a hurry.
5. Who is going to do the wrapping. Depending on your time and budget this is an area you can save some money on if you want to do it. Because so many last minute wedding details will be popping up you do not want to feel rushed when it comes to getting your wedding favors done.
One detail you can get rid of is having them wrapped for you. If you do decide to do it yourself try and get it done several weeks before they big day.
6. Look at the total cost of wedding favors and then break out personalization and wrapping. If you decide to do any of this yourself consider the cost of buying tape, ribbons, paper, and anything else involved. Then compare it to the total cost of having it done for you to decide if the time you save is worth it to you.
While considering this tips it is always a fun idea to take a friend or friends with you on your hunt to organize the perfect wedding. Family members or friends can also add very helpful tips or suggestions for planning your special day.
Just remember to consider the time of year, what your friends and family members who are attending your special enjoy, as well as implementing your own personal style will make choosing the perfect favor an easy one.
These wedding favor shopping tips should help you be better organized and to stay within your budget. Just slow down, allow plenty of time, and enjoy yourself.

* Color palette – 1) green and white – an elegant accompaniment to a garden setting. 2) yellow and green -another fresh, natural color pairing. 3) preppy – combine hot pink with green or mango (think polka dots and gingham). 4) chocolate brown – this trendy hue works well for spring – pair with pale blue or pink.
* Go wild with patterns – create a playful effect – think gingham, polka dots, eyelet lace, swiss dots and stripes.
* Add some greens – grasses and greenery are a natural for outdoor garden settings. Drape over arbors and incorporate in arrangements
Flowers
* Seasonal blooms – classics include tulips, daffodils, lilies (especially calla lilies and easter lilies), magnolias, gardenias, hydrangeas, gerbera daisies, apple or cherry blossoms. View our complete list of spring wedding flowers
* Creative containers – put your arrangements in simple, homespun containers like wicker baskets, watering cans, teapots, or urns.
* Potted plants – potted arrangements create a natural, organic look. Best of all -you can plant them for a timeless reminder of your wedding
Menu
* In Season – serve a main dish featuring ham or lamb
* Fresh produce – round out the meal with a bounty of fresh fruits and young vegetables like baby carrots, baby asparagus and new potatoes
* Elegant sides – serve mini quiches or update traditional deviled eggs by adding salmon or crabmeat
* Bar favorites – a spring menu seems to call for champagne. Mix up a batch of mimosas for a morning wedding, or create a festive champagne cocktail.
Wedding Cake
* Coconut Confection – coconut frosting and fillings make a quintessential spring treat
* Crazy for carrot – carrot cake with cream cheese icing is another springtime fave.
* Light and fluffy – go with angel food cake and fresh strawberries or strawberry cream
* Whimsical adornments – decorate with bright, fanciful details like ribbon, swiss dots or swirl patterns.
Attire
* Loosen up – feel free to relax the dress code a bit, especially if the wedding will take place outside
* Lighten up – lighter fabrics like lace or cotton create a perfect springtime look
* Wedding gown – Add some color with a sash or detailed embroidery
* Bridesmaids dresses – Pastels are a springtime classic. Keep yours fresh by choosing a color and allowing each of your maids to select a different hue. Or go in another direction with a bolder turquoise, fuschia or mango.
* Avoid satin shoes – they don’t hold up well under springtime showers
* The guys – They’ll look seasonably appropriate in tan suits, colored shirts and ties. For a formal evening affair, a basic tux always works.
Favors
* Keep love blooming – with packs of flower seeds
* Plant it – give miniature potted plants or herbs
Getaway
* Horse-drawn carriage – this Cinderella-like getaway make a fitting finale to an ethereal springtime wedding

How to Plan a Tulum Destination Wedding
I still remember my wedding day, that day was the greatest day of my life. When the idea came up to my head to celebrate my wedding in Tulum (the Mexican Caribbean), my happiness was so great that I just couldn’t believe it, to many wonderful ideas appear in my mind. One of the first things I thought was to gather all family members and close friends, so we could spend the best time of our life with the people that we really love, but then again I thought, how am I going to take care of all my guests and planning ??
The wedding idea its self was in Fact a marvellous idea, a wedding in the beach, with all the closest people we love, the Mexican Riviera Maya, but, I just didn’t have any clear idea of how organize such a big destination wedding, also, I didn’t even know the place well, and I had no clue how to organise such a wedding.
Luckily a friend of mine advised me where to seek for information about weddings, she told me about a specific wedding agency that would take care of all my problems. To be honest, I never thought about my guest or what to do after or before the wedding, but the agency took care of everything.
When I contacted the agency they asked me what kind of wedding I would like to have, honestly I didn’t imagine that there would have several options from where to chose, I come from a conservative family so I was imagining myself in my white long bride dress and a wonderful ceremony but everything inside the normal standards and the traditional thing. The agency has several options for different kind of people, including religions or whatever the client ask for. At the beginning was pretty difficult to chose what I wanted but eventually everything was finally easy to choose.
When we arrived to Tulum three days earlier, we were just receiving kind attention and advises for the wedding, at first I just wanted a regular and traditional wedding and eventually I decided for a Mayan wedding.
We performed the “ceremonia de los cuatro vientos ” (4 wind ceremony). The shaman told us that the ritual was in order to call the forces of the positive energies, when or guest surrounds us in a circle, we were left right in the middle of the circle right before the sea, I felt so different like never before and yes, indeed I felt the magical positive energies that they mentioned before.
The day after the wedding they organised a tour around the most hidden and worderful places of the Rivera Maya, those places were marvellous, the beach, the pyramids, the holy cenotes, and the party atmosphere has nothing to compare with.
I do not regret for my choice. Celebrate my wedding day in the Mexican Caribbean, with all the magnificent support work from hard Mexican workers Tulum Weddings Destination which they know by excellence every detail, traditions, the most magical and incredible places of the Rivera Maya, no doubt I made the right choice.

Consider such ideas so that your bill be reduced considerably; ideas that could help you achieve your dream day for less.
Low-cost Wedding Outfit Ideas. A piece of gown can already cost you a thousand or more. To save some money, you may consider to buy a wedding dress that has only been worn once for less than half the price. Many stores have begun to supply wedding outfits this way, and often hiring them just for the day.
Inexpensive Wedding Invitation Ideas. You can always make your own wedding invitations and seating card with help of your personal computer and home printer. This is the perfect time for you to show off your hidden creativity and skills to make wedding invitations using your own bare hands. Or, you can also shop invitations online; available invitations online are a lot cheaper than buying them in local stores.
Affordable Wedding Reception Ideas. The wedding reception is one of the most very expensive part of your occasion, however, it can also be your biggest savings. So where should you begin? Start planning your cheap wedding by looking at the number of guests you have attending. Shorten your guest list by only inviting people that are very close to you, such as you family and friends. When it comes to the meal, consider arranging a hot or cold buffet, instead of a four course silver service.
If you wish to hold the wedding reception in an expensive hotel then you may consider these available options such as holding it at a club perhaps or even book a restaurant where you can keep an open bar to a minimum by only serving beer, wine and soft drinks.
Money-Saving Wedding Transportation Ideas. You can also save big amount by not hiring expensive limousine, rather you may ask to borrow a friend’s vehicle. Just give it a good clean and polish it can make a two thumbs up substitute.
Cheap Floral Arrangements Ideas. If you wish to cut the cost of your wedding flowers, why not visit the local flower wholesaler where huge savings are possible, then all that’s needed is a little imagination when it comes to the display.
Other possible cheap wedding ideas include baking your own wedding cake, or ask a friend who is an expert on baking. Or, you can bake your own cake and deliver it to your nearest bakeshop and let them finish your wedding cake at a lesser cost; basically cost is only for the icing and the time they spent in working. Another cost-reducing technique idea is to distribute affordable wedding favors and wedding gifts. Choose inexpensive bridesmaids gifts for the ladies who supported you all throughout your wedding celebration, as well as discount groomsmen gifts for your groomsmen.
